Account Access
Access to Ripplet is limited to authorized users approved by participating schools.
Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- Use Ripplet for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Upload malicious software
- Harass or harm others
- Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
Intellectual Property
Ripplet, including its software, branding, and functionality, is the property of Rensolve LLC.
Availability of Service
Rensolve LLC strives to maintain reliable platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rensolve LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
